Stucco Repair - FAQ's
What is your stucco repair process?
We begin by removing loose stucco and applying a masonry primer to prepare for patching. Cracks, holes, and bubbled areas are carefully repaired, with larger cracks reinforced using caulk and mesh tape. For widespread stucco damage, we resurface the entire wall to a smooth, consistent finish. Newly installed or repaired stucco will receive a fresh coat of premium masonry primer before being painted and a texture to match.
What causes stucco to crack or fail?
Poor foundations, improper installation of stucco and/or insulation and weather, especially the Arizona summer heat.
Is stucco repair covered by homeowners insurance?
If the stucco damage or crack is due to a storm, then most likely it will be covered. If it occurred due to normal wear and tear or poor installation, then most insurance policies will not.
